Job summary

Kirkland’s is seeking a Sales Leader to drive customer-centric selling in both in-store and online experiences. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure adherence to store standards and business plans.

You will guide staff in loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise presentation while maintaining brand ambassador behavior and a positive culture. Weekend/Eves availability required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Must be able to operate a Point of Sale system.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and value customer selling in store and online experiences.
• Promote a customer-obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors.
• Understand your role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Provide guidance to the team for excellent customer behaviors.
• Open/close procedures and team supervision.
• Assist in freight processing and inventory accuracy.
