Job summary

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance while delivering a welcoming shopping experience and maximizing sales. The successful candidate will have at least one year of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder and stock products.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in in-store and online shopping experiences.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment to build baskets.
• Maintains organized stockroom and executes merchandise presentation directives.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, upholding Kirkland’s Home Values.
