Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service.

Responsibilities

• Leads customer selling in store and online (ship to store).
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture and guides team on selling behaviors.
• Understanding sales growth impact on store profitability.
• Reads cues and responds to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment.
• Upholds company policies; acts as brand ambassador.
• Performs MOD duties (opening/closing, supervision).
• Assists in freight, stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
