Michaels Wilton store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, champion a high-performing selling culture, and drive strong sales results. You will coach team members and manage daily execution to ensure brand standards are met and customers have an engaging shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership in customer-focused coaching, POS systems, and omni-channel fulfillment, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while promoting loyalty programs and service

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end and service operations to meet brand standards and SOPs.
Coach selling behaviors to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to customers.
Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences; support framing ops where applicable.
