The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for a full-time position in Bee Caves, TX. You will lead front-end and service operations, drive selling behaviors, and ensure brand standards while guiding daily store performance and customer experience.

You will coach team members, manage inventory, support events and in-store programs, and uphold SOPs, POS accuracy, and safety. Night, weekend, and early-morning shifts are required; prior retail leadership experience is essential.

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors
• Provide manager-on-duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support
• Promote loyalty programs and in-store events
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery)
• Support special shop areas (Knit & Sew, framing)
• Train and develop team members across departments
• Maintain asset protection practices
