• Ensure execution of Company policies, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store floor leadership.
• Oversee loyalty programs, BOPIS, Same Day Delivery and omni-channel service.
• Train, coach and develop team members across departments.
• Asset protection and shrink reduction through awareness and compliance.
