Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in Wisconsin to lead a high‑performing selling culture and drive strong sales results while delivering an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end operations, coach the team, and ensure adherence to brand standards and SOPs across the store.

The role emphasizes customer-focused leadership, operational excellence, and weekly scheduling to support nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type of Experience Required: 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Model coaching to improve customer experience, sales conversion and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
