Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the LA-FULLERTON, CA store to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales results while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach teams, manage SOPs, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales and service KPIs. 3+ years of retail leadership required; nights, weekends and early shifts expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to support smooth transactions and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, Birthday parties, etc.).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and repeat visits.
• Drive MCC/Extend services adoption with customers.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop, including Cut Bar oversight.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, delivering timely order fulfillment.
• Support Custom Framing operations with consultations and coordination.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
