Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store results.
• Coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Manage in-store programs (Balloons, parties) and events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and customer retention initiatives.
• Promote MCC/Extend services including protection plans.
• Drive knitting & sewing shop operations and Cut Bar oversight.
• Ensure accurate BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations with consultations.
• Train and develop team members and departmental skills.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
