You will oversee POS systems, loyalty enrollments, and omnichannel fulfillment while ensuring store standards and asset protection. Join a team dedicated to creativity and community in North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching staff on Customer Experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Coach selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, party ops, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program enrollment and drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
