The Michaels Companies in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead front-end operations and a high-performing selling culture.

You will coach teams, oversee POS and Self-Checkout, and ensure consistent brand standards and service delivery. As MOD with weekend availability, you’ll drive KPI achievement, loyalty program adoption, and omni-channel services while coordinating scenes from the Knit & Sew Shop to custom framing in select stores.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach a high-performing selling culture and customer experience.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, store conditions, and results.
• Model Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
