Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to stand long periods and move throughout the store
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and operational expectations.
• Coach team on customer-focused selling behaviors and drive KPI achievement.
• Ensure SOPs and Company programs are followed and compliance is maintained.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and sustain floor leadership and service quality.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Oversee store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, Loyalty) and KNIT & SEW Shop operations.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink and enhance safety.
