Job summary

You will cover MOD shifts, drive omni-channel service, and oversee store programs while promoting loyalty memberships and service extensions. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to meet KPIs and standards.
• Coach team on selling behaviors and customer experience to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee program areas (Balloons, Birthday party operations, Knit & Sew Shop) and in-store events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to drive customer adoption.
• Drive omni-channel store processes like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
