Job summary

Michaels Stores seeks a Sales Manager in a Glendale, AZ store to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales and customer satisfaction. You will oversee front-end operations, coach teams, and ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards.

You will provide MOD coverage, manage POS operations, and support omni-channel services, loyalty programs, and store initiatives while developing staff across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and front-end selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Coach team on customer experience and brand standards with effective coaching.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed and assets protected.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
