Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a customer-obsessed environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions. Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing store, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
