J.Jill is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will foster meaningful connections with customers while embracing our inclusive culture, and you will play a key role in achieving store goals.

The role requires 1+ years in retail, a passion for service, and the ability to lead by example. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions. Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing store, manager on duty, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and support leadership in maintaining a meaningful customer experience.
