Job summary

Kirkland’s Home in Pensacola is seeking a Sales Leader who is customer-obsessed with strong product knowledge and presentation skills. You will implement store business plans and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure flawless operational execution and exceptional customer interactions.

You will lead in-store and online selling, develop the team, and model the behaviors that maximize sales while upholding Kirkland’s Home Values.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
Minimum 1 year management experience in retail/service.
Strong communications skills and customer selling experience.
Energetic, people- and results-oriented, competitive.
Valid Driver license.
Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Able to stand long periods and manage stock duties.

Responsibilities

Leads, supports and values customer selling in store and online (ship to store).
Fosters a customer-obsessed culture prioritizing selling behaviors.
Understands role in sales growth and store profitability.
Reads cues and responds to customers to create exceptional in-store experiences.
Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
Acts as brand ambassador and upholds company policies.
Leads by example, supervises team; MOD duties as assigned.
Assists in freight processing and stockroom organization.
Champions Kirkland’s Home Values and customer commitment.
Performs other duties as needed.
