Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise store staff.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers and lead the store team.
• Demonstrate a high level of service and engagement and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond to customer concerns with positive resolutions and empower team decisions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep floor ready.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts and transfers accurately (check-in, hang, steam, visual merch).
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and train cash-handling and reporting functions.
• Adhere to company policies and lead by example.
