KnitWell Group is hiring a part-time Sales Lead at Store 0949-Mall Of America-ANN-Bloomington, MN. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences, coaching associates, and collaborating with the Store Manager to run store operations when needed.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of retail sales experience (management preferred), are tech-savvy with POS systems, and have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can perform at their best.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Utilize available tools to stay informed on priorities and promotions for seamless omnichannel shopping.
