LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model excellent customer experiences in our Woodbury, MN store. You will guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and step in as manager when needed. The role centers on delivering personalized service, coaching the team, and upholding brand standards.

You’ll contribute to an inclusive, high-performing store environment with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
