KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 0667-Eden Prairie Center in Eden Prairie, MN. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences.

Ideally you bring 2 years of retail management, a customer-focused mindset, and strong communication. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with operations duties including cash handling and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
