Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at our Wayne, NJ location. You will partner with store leadership to supervise the team, model customer-centered service, and help uphold brand standards while driving sales and a positive work culture.

You will coach staff, manage opening/closing tasks, and ensure effective execution of merchandising, scheduling, and operations. This role requires strong teamwork and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with goals.
• Support scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Communicate brand priorities and messages to store teams.
