Job summary

KnitWell Group in Paoli, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model hospitality. You’ll drive brand standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and support leadership across store operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, omni-channel service, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment with peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and support leadership responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities with store teams and communications.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel service.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to achieve performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
