Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Plainfield, IN location to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, train and motivate staff, and step into the Manager role when needed.

You will guide your team to success with support from store leaders, leveraging your operational knowledge and strong customer service focus to drive results and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans and scheduling.
