Job summary

KnitWell Group in Edison, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll set the tone for customer-focused service and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment on the floor and in operations.

You’ll coach teammates, share product knowledge, assist with opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory, and help drive sales while delivering memorable experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and support team to meet performance goals.
• Handle operations tasks such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer experiences reflecting brand hospitality.
