Job summary

KnitWell Group in Billings, MT seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll model a welcoming, customer-centered environment and direct day-to-day operations to meet sales goals.

With 2 years of retail management experience, you’ll coach teammates, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure superb service during nights, weekends, and holidays. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities for advancement within our brand family.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team environment.
