KnitWell Group in San Francisco is seeking a Sales Lead to mentor associates and model exceptional customer experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

You'll drive brand representation, support onboarding, foster an inclusive team, maintain standards, and leverage tools for an omnichannel customer experience while guiding staff with real-time feedback.

Formación

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to optimize customer interactions.
