Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty fashion retailer, seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering hospitality-driven experiences.

You’ll set the tone on the sales floor, coach staff, manage operations like scheduling and inventory, and ensure strong customer relationships through an omni-channel approach. This part-time role reports to store leadership in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Execute scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay informed on promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
