LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead in Barrington, IL to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to run store operations and step in as manager when needed, helping onboard and develop a highly engaged team.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, strong visual standards, and leveraging tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey. Flexible availability is required.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
