Qualifications

• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide customers.
• Support and role model excellent customer service for associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to function as a store leader when needed.
• Be ready to step in as manager in absence of the Store Manager.
• Utilize tools to maintain customer-focused team performance and profitability.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
