Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Norridge, IL is seeking a Sales Lead to mentor teammates and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to model service excellence, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, and step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include coaching, driving a customer-focused environment, using tools to support omnichannel shopping, and maintaining brand standards while prioritizing the customer. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
