LOFT in Geneva, IL is seeking a Sales Lead to be a key team member who delivers personalized customer experiences and supports store operations. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and step in as manager when needed.

You will guide and coach associates, uphold visual and operational standards, and help drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping environment. This role is Regular/Part time with pay range posted.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
