LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Illinois to deliver personalized customer experiences and coach associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You'll onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use available tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store environment. This role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions.
