Job summary

KnitWell Group in Bristol, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to support and model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide associates and collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes representing the brand, coaching teams, and maintaining top visuals and service standards while enabling a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proactive decision making and prioritization.
• Ability to delegate and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
