Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders and supervise the team, setting the tone for customer-centric service and a brand-focused environment. You’ll guide associates, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive performance on the sales floor and across channels.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for fashion, excellent communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 18 years old with retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and assist leadership responsibilities.
• Uphold brand standards and create a welcoming customer environment.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle cash and scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay informed on current promotions and store policies.
• Support scheduling and associate development.
