Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Pleasant Prairie, WI to champion customer experiences and guide store associates. You will work with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed and help onboard and develop a strong, inclusive team.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, leadership skills, and are comfortable with POS systems. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with focus on customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for associates.
