Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Atlanta store to supervise the team, reinforce brand standards, and deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences. You will partner with store leaders to drive performance and uphold hospitality-focused culture.

The role requires strong leadership, 2 years of retail management experience preferred, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular/Part time employment with store operations duties that support the team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising replenishment.
• Support development and scheduling across the team as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
