Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting and developing associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and readiness to step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become store-operations expert and step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and visual and operational excellence while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates perform at their best.
• Build productive relationships and support a collaborative team environment.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
