Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Provide coaching feedback and assist with scheduling.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support omni-channel sales initiatives and product knowledge.
