Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general operations including opening and closing.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team and share product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive omni-channel initiatives.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
