Job summary

Chico's Plymouth Meeting store is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with leadership, guide the team, and deliver a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience. You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards to create memorable interactions that reflect our hospitality.

Responsibilities include cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment, and staying current on promotions and policies while supporting development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations and opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay informed on promotions, store policies and brand priorities.
