Job summary

Chico's in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment and guide associates to deliver personalized shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

You will assist with opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment while staying current on promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and feedback; assist with scheduling and performance goals.
• Perform cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
