Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional guest experiences.

You will help uphold brand standards and nurture a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture. You’ll assist with opening and closing tasks, share brand priorities with the team, coach colleagues, manage scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and stay informed about current promotions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
