Chico's in Knoxville is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold our standards of hospitality. You will guide associates on the sales floor, model service excellence, and help translate brand priorities into daily actions.

This role requires at least 2 years of retail management, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to the team.
• Handle cash and perform inventory replenishment.
• Communicate brand priorities and store policies to staff.
