Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You will drive a welcoming, customer-centered environment and help shape a positive team culture that reflects Chico’s hospitality.

You will guide operations, coach associates, and manage merchandise, while maintaining knowledge of promotions and store policies to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
