Job summary

Chico's Plymouth Meeting, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You will uphold brand standards and help shape a positive team culture that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

You’ll guide the sales floor with product knowledge, coach teammates, and manage operations like cash handling and scheduling, while empowering strong customer relationships and driving team goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
