Job summary

LOFT in Edmond, OK is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to guide associates, coach teams, and manage store operations as needed, including stepping in as acting manager.

The role emphasizes on-brand service, team development, and using tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience leading or coaching a team is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates to optimize customer interactions.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed and support store operations.
