Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Jenks, OK is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching a team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates bring retail sales experience and a preference for management experience. You will use available tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience and contribute to brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Step in as manager when needed and uphold visual and operational standards.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to associates.
