Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proactive decision maker.
• Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes to meet deadlines.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards focusing on customers.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve interactions.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
