Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 1478-Woodbury Lakes Center-ANN-Woodbury, MN 55125. You will guide associates and model exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with the Store Manager to run store operations and step in as acting manager when required.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of retail sales experience and management exposure, with strong communication skills and a passion for visual standards and omnichannel service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient with POS systems and store tech.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
• Step in as manager when needed and uphold visual and operational standards.
